        片材擠出機的工作原理

        塑料在排氣螺桿上歷經三個過程;在第一階中塑料經壓縮、加熱達到基本塑化狀態;基本塑化了的塑料在進入排氣段后,由于排氣段螺槽突然加深,加上真空泵的抽吸作用,壓力急劇降低成負壓狀態。塑料熔體內受壓縮的氣體和氣化了的揮發物在熔體中發泡,在排氣段螺桿的攪拌下氣泡破裂,逸出的氣體從排氣口被真空泵抽走;經過排氣處理的熔料通過第二壓縮段和第二計量段,重新受到壓縮和進一部均化,從機頭擠出得到所需的制品。
